Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Mega Volume Fill.

We recommend a Mega Volume Fill every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. To qualify, at least 50% of extensions must remain. Timing may vary with your natural lash cycle and aftercare; your technician will assess retention before beginning the refill.

If fewer than 50% of extensions remain, a Mega Volume Fill isn’t recommended. We’ll discuss a full set, partial volume reconstruction, or suggest delaying until natural lashes recover. Your technician will advise the safest, most flattering option for long-term lash health.

Most Mega Volume Fill appointments take 45–75 minutes depending on lash retention and customization. Heavier reconstructions or repairs may take longer. Your technician will give a time estimate when assessing your lashes and booking the refill to ensure adequate appointment length.

Please don’t wear mascara to your appointment so we can accurately assess retention. After your Mega Volume Fill, avoid mascara for 24–48 hours and use only oil-free formulas thereafter to prolong adhesion and prevent premature extension loss.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes — avoid waterproof mascara 24–48 hours prior. Bring reference photos if you want a particular look. If you have lash retention concerns or product allergies, notify your technician when booking so we can prepare appropriate adhesives and timing.

When applied and removed by a qualified technician, Mega Volume Fills won’t cause long-term damage. The 50% retention rule protects natural lashes; proper adhesive use, timely fills, and gentle at-home care minimize stress and support healthy natural lash growth.
