Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Volume Doll Fill.

We recommend scheduling a Volume Doll Fill every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Technicians require at least 50% of your original extensions present; fewer than that necessitates a full new set for proper volume, shape, and safe application.

If fewer than 50% of extensions remain, we cannot perform a refill. A full new set is required to achieve balanced volume and longevity. Your artist will evaluate natural lash health and recommend the appropriate classic or volume set plus timing and pricing.

Minor adjustments (length, curl, or fan density) can often be made during a refill, provided enough extensions remain. Major style changes may require a full removal and new set to ensure proper placement and desired dramatic results.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours. Bring reference photos if you want subtle changes. Allow up to an hour; arrive on time to ensure your artist has full treatment time.

When applied by certified technicians and with proper aftercare, refills do not damage natural lashes. We assess lash health each visit; if signs of sensitivity or damage appear, we recommend pauses, treatments, or switching styles to protect natural growth.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for 24-48 hours; no oil-based cleansers or creams near lashes. Gently comb nightly with a spoolie, sleep on your back if possible, and schedule refills every 2–3 weeks for consistent fullness.
