Some clients may experience temporary, mild sensitivity immediately after treatment. We use a gentle formula and can apply desensitizing agents. If you have a history of sensitivity, inform us so we can adjust timing or recommend alternatives.

Brush and floss before arrival, avoid whitening toothpaste the day of, and remove lipstick or lip products. Notify us about recent dental work, restorations, or oral health concerns to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Whitening affects natural enamel only, so crowns, veneers and fillings won’t change color. We’ll assess restorations during consultation and advise options to match or update restorations for a uniform smile.

The $30 deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total service price. For this pack it’s deducted from the $105 session cost plus tax; cancellations follow our salon booking policy.

Yes — additional Smile Lab sessions or maintenance treatments are available. Our technicians will recommend timing based on results, sensitivity, and desired shade. Many clients schedule periodic touch-ups for consistent brightness.
